Alien Detailing
Alien Detailing is a car detailing and paint protection studio in Richmond. Their Wix website had been built by an Auckland company that was no longer around, and a few things had been left half-finished or broken.
The main job was the paint protection film page. Fred wanted customers to see the packages and prices for themselves instead of having to enquire, so I built three package cards, Partial Front, Full Front and Full Vehicle, each with a picture of the coverage, a price and what’s included.
While I was in there I fixed the menu so it scrolls with the page, sorted the package cards overlapping on phones and a blank menu on tablets, reconnected buttons that went nowhere, fixed the footer text that cut off mid-sentence, corrected a typo in a page address with a redirect so old links still work, and gave sections their own icons instead of the same one repeated.
What’s in it
- Three PPF package cards with pictures and prices
- Menu fixed to scroll with the page on every page
- Fixes for phones and tablets
- Broken buttons and the Google reviews link reconnected
- Footer, page address and icon fixes
