What counts as a small change?
Updating text, prices, opening hours or contact details, swapping or adding photos, adding a product, or fixing a broken link. Roughly anything that takes under 15 minutes. Bigger work, like new pages or features, is always quoted first so there are no surprise bills.
No lock-in
Plans have no fixed term, so you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Care plan minutes don't roll over. Extra work on any plan is $75/hour, billed in 15-minute blocks. Urgent problems, like your site or contact form not working, are looked at within 24 hours.
